exSat Unveils $5 Million Developer Program and Bitcoin Hackathon Series

Singapore, December 19, 2024 — exSat, a Bitcoin scaling solution provider, has announced a $5 million developer incentive program aimed at accelerating innovation within the Bitcoin ecosystem. The initiative will include a series of competitions, beginning in January 2025, and culminate in a showcase at Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas.

Notably, the program kicks off with an Ideathon in January, where developers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries will propose solutions addressing Bitcoin’s scalability, improving interoperability, and enabling real-world applications. Selected winners from the Ideathon will advance to exSat’s upcoming hackathons and pitch competitions scheduled throughout 2025.

This is a call to action for developers to unlock Bitcoin’s possibilities,” said Yves La Rose, Founder of exSat. “By supporting their work through our competitions and launchpad, we’re not just offering resources—we’re creating a pathway for these ideas to be realized and shared with the world at Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas.”

Developer Program Structure

  • January 2025: exSat will launch an Ideathon to identify and promote innovative concepts.
  • Mid-2025: Winners will gain entry to hackathons and pitch competitions, competing for spots in the exSat Launchpad and potential investment opportunities.
  • Bitcoin 2025: The program will culminate at the conference in Las Vegas, where top projects will showcase demos and pitches to a global audience of investors, developers, and industry leaders.

As the title sponsor of Bitcoin 2025, exSat will host a significant presence on the conference floor, hackathon lounge, and main stage. Yves La Rose is also set to deliver a keynote address during the event.

Further program details, including registration and participation guidelines for the January Ideathon and other competitions, will be released in the coming weeks.
